Beiersdorf
Digital Course and UI/UX design

Beiersdorf AG is a German multinational company that manufactures and retails personal-care products and pressure-sensitive adhesives.

Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Webflow
The Brief
Due to COVID-19, Beiersdorf wanted to move away from traditional F2F training and develop, for the first time, a series of training modules, which would build the learner's understanding of CARE BEYOND SKIN Sustainability Agenda.
The bidding for the project took place under a very tight deadline during which I had to work closely with the SMEs in order to establish the Key Learning Outcomes, conduct user research and wireframes.  Following this, I supplied Beiersdorf with rapid prototypes in Adobe XD and the rest of the design.  The Approach and design would exceed their expectations.
The Process
The bidding for the project took place under tight deadlines during which I had to work closely with the SMEs to establish the Key Learning Outcomes, conduct user research, and design wireframes.
Following on, I supplied Beiersdorf with rapid prototypes in Adobe XD and created a Design System that would enable Beiersdorf to be consistent across all products and ecosystems. The latter consisted of, a UI kit/Component Library, Design Process Guidelines, and Accessibility elements and Guidelines.
The Challenges
Being the first-ever online course for Beiersdorf, I had to play my part also as a learning design consultant, course developer, and interaction designer in addition to assisting the client to understand and digest the processes, conducting the learning outcomes, and creating better user experiences.
The designs followed Beiersdorf's brand guidelines, with an illustrative twist that met a broad welcome from the company's managers.
